Chronic prostatitis is hard to be identified in BPH patients clinical works. This study aimed diagnose chronic by noninvasive methods. who received transurethral resection of prostate from January 2014 July 2015 were enrolled current study. Patients examinations PSA, sex hormones, inflammatory cytokines, metabolic panel and transrectal ultrasonography. According histological results, divided into two group with/without prostatitis. Logistic regression was used find risk factors As a result, 181 men with an average age 72.15 ± 8.41 years this study, including 116 65 without The storage sub-score, PSA IL-2R significantly higher than those Based on logistic analysis, the above three parameters also diagnostic model calculated as: 0.317 × sub-score + 0.092 0.003 − 4.296.
